A BILL

To allow contraceptives to be more accessible.

1 Be it enacted by the Members of the YLI Congress
2 of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
3 SECTION 1. TITLE.
4 This Act may be cited as the “Contraceptive Accommodations to Reduce Pregnancy
5 Emergencies Act (CARPE) of 2008”
6 SECTION 2. PURPOSES.
7 (1) To ensure that prescription birth control is covered equally, in all 50 states,
8 (2) To reduce the need for abortion operations
9 (3) To able all women to equally obtain contraceptives
10 SECTION 3. FINDINGS.
11 The Equity in Prescription Insurance and Contraceptive Coverage Act serves to end
12 discrimination associated with health-care
13 SECTION 4. ELIGIBILITY.
14 An individual is eligible if
15 (1) the individual is female
16 (2) the individual is a citizen of the United States
17 (3) the individual is age eighteen or above
18 SECTION 5. TERMS AND BENEFITS OF SERVICE.
19 (1) The individual must be of eighteen years due to legal standards;
20 (2) Individuals under the age of eighteen must have parental consent;
21 (3) There is no limitations, not including age, determining which female will receive
22 contraception;
23 (4) Pharmacists will be required under the law to distribute contraceptive products
24 unconditionally;
25 (5) The participant will receive a year supply of the contraceptive with every health
26 insurance payment.
27 SECTION 6. FUNDING.
28 The funding of this plan will come from the finances donated by the Federal Government
29 to abortion agencies.
30 SECTION 7. ADMINISTRATION.
31 The National Health Insurance Company will administer services to the forty-eight states,
32 District of Columbia Included, it had originally dealt with. The remaining two states will
33 receive funding for health care from the Federal Government which was established by
34 the Medicare Modernization Act of 2003.
35 SECTION 8. AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS:
36 For purposes of carrying out this title, there are authorized to be appropriated $1.8 billion
37 annually.
